EGM Holding Ltd. was incorporated as recently as September 2018 as a middle company between GEM Holdings Ltd. and Electrogas.
The current directors are Paul Apap Bologna, Spanish National Alejandro Sanchez Hernandez and French national Rustam Shomurodov. The directors have changed over since the incorporation of the company. Yorgen Fenech resigned on 12 November 2019. British Resident Turab Musayev resigned on 11 December 2019 and German resident Gerard Benner resigned on 17 April 2019.
